Open 59B-LTR2 on pg. 187 and we are going to do a mail merge using it as the main document. Copy and paste the letter into a new document so you do not have an envelope.
Make up 8 names and addresses that you will use as your data source for the mail merge.
For example:
Mrs. Helen Perry
830 Century Place
Gainesville, GA 30501

The first page should have a 2 inch top margin. The second page should have a 1 inch top margin.

In your data source be sure you customize the columns removing the company name, address line 2, and everything below the zip code.

You will delete the letter address in the document and add an address block and a greeting line (delete Dr. Ms. Grimaldi) where the salutation should be.
Save the data source as 59B-LTR2. Save the merged document as 59B-LTR2Merged.
