Database Vocabulary
Open a blank word document and type the definitions using your handout of the following words:

1. database
2. database management system
3. record
4. field
5. unique identifier
6. primary key
7. query
8. data entry and update

The first table will be saved as Item table.
The second table will be saved as Supplier table.

Create a form for the supplier table.
